Saturday Art

Come join us
for our quarterly Saturday Art Workshop.

March 15: Aboriginal Art & Paul Klee
May 3: Spring Art and Mother’s Day

Each term, we plan one Saturday from 10-12 and invite artists to join us and teach us new media and projects.

What: There are usually two projects, each for 55-60 min, back to back (clay, watercolor, carving, drawing, painting, etc.). They are lead by artists and our teachers, groups meet in our classrooms and sign-in/out with our teachers.

Who: Children ages 5-14; Children younger need to be joined by a parent (or guardian) to help. Students 15+ and adult family members or prospective families can join to meet us, as well 🙂
As the artists need to prepare materials and activities, we need to know at least 1 week ahead of time, how many participants we will have. Maximum participants is 20, so please reserve your spot soon and rsvp Ludmila, or sign-up during your normal class time! Also note, that there must be at least 8 participants, otherwise the session will be cancelled.

Where: We usually use our two classroom to divide the participants based on their age (we need more help with younger students)

Cost:
$20/participant (family discounts available, please ask)
